We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Return To start a return, please contact us at candydube@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Downloadable digital products
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Damaged Items If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at candydube@yahoo.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
