1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. UK Shipping We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping — 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping — 1–2 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
3. International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times vary by location and are typically 7–14 business days. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.

6. Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. SANKOVA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
